1. Boil water in a pot, or in a microwave. The pot or bowl you use should be deep enough to submerge the entire dental guard. When the water reaches the boiling point, you can stop heating the pot/bowl. |
2. Put the dental guard into the hot water. Leave it in the hot water for 20~25 seconds. Make sure to keep the time precisely to achieve the best results. The dental guard needs to be soft enough to be molded. |
3. Remove the dental guard from the hot water. Be careful not to burn yourself. |
4. As soon as you take it out, put it in cold water for 2-3 seconds to cool slightly. |

5. Afterwards place the dental guard over your upper teeth. 6. The dental guard needs to be molded at this point. Bite into the dental guard gently while also pressing it with your fingers from the front of your teeth. Do not bite too hard. Use your fingers to press the guard from the center outwards to achieve best results. |
7. Once you feel the dental guard fits snugly enough, take it out from your mouth, and submerge it in cold water again, this time for 20-30 seconds, to harden it. |
8. The tooth guard is now ready to accompany you to your sleep! |
