HOW TO USE:

*COLD THERAPY -simply store the hot cold pack in a sealed plastic bag and place it in the fridge for 1-2 hours or in freezer for 0.5 hour.Please don’t over freeze it,or it will be stiff.

*WARM THERAPY -heat the hot cold pack in microwave in 10-15 seconds until desired temperature is achieved. (Please do not over heat it ,or it will burst)
