Q: How to use? How to put it on my ears?
A: Round the silicone ear plugs into balls, do not pinch into slender shapes like foam earplugs. Place it over your exterior opening of ear, flatten to cover the ear opening and make an airtight seal.
Q: What if I have small/big ears? Do these ear plugs fit?

Q: Earplugs cannot stay put after use, what should I do?
