- WARM TIPS – Please be patient with the cushions and allow them to mold to your foot to get maximum comfort. The initial 2-5 days may cause slight pressure and discomfort due to arch support adjustment. Start with 3-5 hours daily, gradually increasing until you can wear them all day for a comfortable transition.
