About the shaping process:
1. Put the dental and the holder tray into boiling water at 100℃ boiling water (212℉) for 60 seconds until the dental guard becomes soft.
NOTE:
This is an upgraded material that can be shaped directly using boiled water, but the softening time should not exceed 2 minutes, otherwise the dental tray will melt.
2. Take them out of the hot water and wait for 3~5S.
3. Put it in your mouth, bite it, and shape it for 30 seconds.
4. Place it in ice water and wait for 5 seconds, then remove the dental tray from the holder tray.
5. Cutting: Cut off the thicker material around the edges to make the tray lighter and thinner and more comfortable to use.

1. Take the tooth tray and the tray out of the hot water, shake off the boiling water in the gap between the tray and the tray and wait 3 to 5 seconds to avoid mouth burns.
